Q: What about maintenence of the machine, if I have a breakdown, who is a registered repairer of the machine? A: We use Decision One, the company with nationwide coverage that is the official service company for Epson 4800, to provide warranty support services. They have 2400 engineers in the US alone and have widespread coverage. We also sell extended warranty for $1,750.00 per year, or $2,995 for two years, if purchased with the printer. Warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the machine or the loading of inks which have not been tested or recommended by Makki USA. Q: Do you offer white inks for printing on colored T-shirts? A: Makki's engineering division is working to develop white inks compatible with Makki printers. In the meantime, we offer a color remover that is applied before the digital printing stage.
